Launch of OnePlus Ace 3 Pro in China

The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro was officially launched in China on Thursday. This smartphone features a 50-megapixel triple rear camera system and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It boasts a 6,100mAh Glacier battery that supports 100W wired fast charging. Additionally, the handset offers up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro joins the previously released OnePlus Ace 3 and Ace 3V, which debuted in January and March of this year, respectively.

Pricing for OnePlus Ace 3 Pro

In China, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is priced starting at CNY 3,199 (approximately Rs. 36,700) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. The 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 24GB + 1TB models are priced at CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 40,200), CNY 3,799 (approximately Rs. 43,600), and CNY 4,399 (approximately Rs. 50,500), respectively. These prices apply to the green and titanium versions only.

The phone is available in three colors: Green Field Blue, Supercar Porcelain Collector’s Edition, and Titanium Mirror Silver (translated from Chinese). The Supercar Porcelain Collector’s Edition is available in two configurations: 16GB + 512GB for CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 45,900) and 24GB + 1TB for CNY 4,599 (approximately Rs. 52,800).

The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2,780 x 1,264 pixels) 3D curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a local peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The device runs on Android 14-based ColorOS 14.1.

The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro’s camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. For selfies, it features a 16-megapixel front camera.

The smartphone is backed by a 6,100mAh Glacier battery that supports 100W wired fast charging. OnePlus claims that the Glacier battery technology uses a new self-developed high-capacity bionic silicon-carbon material, offering a 22 percent increase in battery capacity with a reduced size compared to previous generation cells.

For connectivity, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro supports 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NFC, and USB Type-C. The phone also comes with an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
