Oppo has launched the Oppo Reno 12F 5G, positioning it as a close relative to the Oppo Reno 12 and Oppo Reno 12 Pro. This new addition to the Reno 12 series is available in two colors and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The phone features several AI capabilities, including AI Recording Summary, AI Summary for text, AI Writer, and AI Speak. Key highlights also include a 5,000mAh battery, 45W charging support, and an IP64-rated build.
Oppo has not yet disclosed the price and availability details for the Reno 12F 5G. It is currently listed on Oppo’s global website in Amber Orange and Olive Green.
For reference, the Oppo Reno 12 is priced at EUR 499.99 (approximately Rs. 44,700), and the Oppo Reno 12 Pro is priced at EUR 599.99 (approximately Rs. 53,700) for the 12GB + 256GB variant.
Oppo Reno 12F 5G Specifications
The dual-SIM (Nano) Oppo Reno 12F operates on ColorOS 14.0 and features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 92.2%, a pixel density of 394ppi, and peak brightness of 1,200 nits. The display is protected by AGC DT-Star 2 glass.
It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of UFS2.2 storage. Additionally, it includes the Oppo AI suite with AI Recording Summary, AI Summary for text, AI Writer, and AI Speak.

The Oppo Reno 12F 5G sports a triple rear camera setup, which includes:
- A 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS)
- An 8-megapixel wide-angle camera
- A 2-megapixel macro sensor
For selfies, it is equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera. Like the Oppo Reno 12 and Oppo Reno 12 Pro, this model features AI-based camera functionalities such as AI Best Face, AI Eraser 2.0, AI Studio, and AI Clear Face. The device also boasts an IP64-rated build.
